Journal Comparisons- October 2nd
On October 2, 2013 I completed 25 curl-ups on the curl-up test, and 10 push-ups on the push-up test. However, on September 10, 2013 I completed 20 curl-ups on the curl-ups on the curl-up test & 10 push-ups on the push-up test.
On October 2, 2013 I improved by 5 curl-ups on the curl-up test. On the push-up test I maintained the amount of push-ups I completed on September 10, 2013 for my push-up test on October 2, 2013 as well. On October 2, 2013 I feel that I did my best. As a result, the number of curl-ups I completed improved and increased the amount of curl-ups I completed on that day.
To improve even more the next time I complete a fitness test, daily I can work on my push-ups. I can do at least 10 push-ups a day. This will insure an improvement in my push-up results on my fitness.
Each time I work out I feel that i'm making progress in my health. Working out makes me feel healthier and it also makes me feel that i'm on the road to a better lifestyle. I look to continue this journey, and grow stronger, better my health, and become a bettter me as the months go by.
